We had so much at the pumpkin patch this year and it was a beautiful day! We let Emma pick out a pumpkin she wanted and she picked out the smallest one! She was like "awww a baby pumpkin" it was funny. And Cali loved her little pumpkin too, she held it the whole way home!

Florida Summers!

It has been so HOTTTTTTT here in Florida!! I try to do things outside but as soon as you step outside you are dripping wet. (theirs no point in makeup, it just drips off!!) And because we are all so pale we get sun burned!! ouch! So what do we do all day? Stay inside and eat Popsicles.

Anyone have any fun indoor activities for young kids?

The Garden!

This year my dad had a beautiful garden full of lots of things! He had green beans, potatoes, squash, peppers, cucumbers and more. It was great to have fresh veggies every night for dinner!!! Here is Emma helping with the potatoes. She is such a hard worker:)

Rebecca's Wedding

On May 2nd my friend Rebecca got married! She was married in the Orlando Temple and I was able to be there. It was a beautiful day!

Busch Gardens

Its been forever since my last post!! We have been very busy this past month with tons of fun things! So here is our month....

First we went to Busch Gardens. We had a blast, Its one of my favorite theme parks. Their is stuff for all ages. So here is a few pictures of our day. We saw lots of animal, went on rides and went on a train ride.

Hope everyone had a Happy Easter! We sure did! Here are some picture of our day.

We started the day out with stuff from the easter bunny. Emma was soooo Happy! Guess what she had for Breakfast!!

Here we are in our pretty dresses! Cali just woke that why she looks so tired!

Poor Miles had to work thats why he was not in the Pictures. We missed him very much.

Emma and I made this eater bunny cake. We had a lot of fun with it! It may not look the best but it sure tasted yummy!!!!

We ended the day with a easter egg hunt! Emma was so tired and dirty. I think she was on a sugar high all day, so that night when the sugar wore off she crashed. We had a wonderful day with friends and family and I hope everyone else did too!

I hope my child is not the only one who loves to color all over herself! This is a weekly event in our home. She always find the most permanent thing to color all over herself and just does not seen to get that we dont color on are bodies ONLY ON PAPER!!!!! She did this about a week ago and she still has blue legs.

New Stroller

So this is my new Stroller!! I never thought I would be so happy to get a new stroller! Its so great. Its easy to turn and its not that wide. Its the best for Sea World but still not so great for the mall, it seem like the walkways between the clothing racks get smaller and smaller!

So last week my mother and I canned tomatoes for our food storage. We are working hard to get our 1 year supply of food storage! It was a lot of fun and Cali was their the whole time helping us:) and I love the beautiful red color the tomatoes made.

I not really sure what she was thinking! I guess it looked like fun. She tried to get in it a couple days ago and I told her she is to big. But she did not believe me and the second I turn me back she is in it. Of course she got stuck and I had to get her out. Looking at the picture now I just cant stop laughing.

Trip to the Fire Station

This was Cali's first trip to the fire station. Emma was sooooo excited to show her the fire trucks!! She told her all about them on the ride over!!!

The night before we went, I told her that we are going to go see daddy tomorrow and show Cali the fire trucks. She got so happy and said "O ok I need to go to bed because, I have to get up early so that I can show her".

Its so cute how much Emma loves her and wants to show and teach her things.

Cali was blessed on December 21, Miles Birthday was on the 20th and Emma Birthday was on the 19th. So we celebrated every thing on the 21. Its was a big day!

Miles did a great job on the blessing it was so beautiful. We had lot of family and friend with us on this special day.

Halloween

Emma was the cutest ladybug for halloween. She had a great time and loved all the candy! She still has to wear her costume everyday!

Cupcakes!

Emma and I made some cupcakes for halloween. They were very yummy. Emma loves to bake and every sprinkle has to be in the right spot.

Pumpkin Carving

A few weeks before Halloween we went and got some pumpkin to carve and one for Emma to paint. She really wanted a pink pumpkin so she painted the whole thing pink and loved it. Miles got very into carving his. It had to be just right! It turned out great a little scary but great.

The sad thing is with Florida weather it only lasted a couple day and then it was rotten. Nobody got to see it on Halloween. It was fun while it lasted.

So a few weeks ago we went to the Butterfly Museum in Gainesville. We had so much fun. Their were so many butterfly and flowers all around you! They also had hatching butterfly's and huge fossils. Emma loved it. I recommend it to anyone and kids will love it!

Wednesday was Emma's first day of school! Well kinda, she is going to a mommy's morning out program two days a week. She loves it! We went shopping and let her pick out a backpack, which she loves. I thought she would be a little scared,but thats not the case. I opened the door she said "Bye Mommy" and went and played with kids. I was the sad one!! My baby is all grown up.

Emma and I made this yummy cake! Emma loves licking the spoon thats all she wanted to do the whole time. Im sure all little kids are like that. Im sad to say but this cake only lasted a couple days. It keep calling my Name OK!!!!!! You cant leave a huge chocolate cake out in front of a pregnant woman!!

Night out on the town!

Last week Miles, Emma and I headed to Orlando. We had a blast! First Miles and I got to go to the temple for a couple hours while Miles parent watched Emma. Then we went to downtown Disney. Emma loved it, so many new things for here to see! My favorite store was the Ghirardelli Chocolate. That chocolate is sooooo good.

Yes, that is me riding on a kids train ride almost 7 months pregnant.

Trip to North Carolina

So this past week My family and I went to NC. We had so much fun. The weather was so nice! Emma loved it. My grandparents have a creek in there yard so Emma wanted to be outside all day to throw rocks. We also went tubing in freezing cold water, It was fun once you got numb! I love being up there with all the beauty around. Its very different then Florida. I cant wait to go back!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July! We started the day off at church with a great pancake breakfast and a fun parade that all the little kids were in. Emma was to scared to be in it:( Then we headed off to my parents house for a party and some fireworks! Lots of good food! The fireworks were great but Emma was scared so I was inside most of the night. Maybe Emma will enjoy this holiday better next year.

Emma the fire fighter

Emma thinks she is a fire fighter. Everytime we go to Fire House Subs she thinks she should get a new fire hat. She loves to put it on and show Miles. She says, " Im fire" which means Im a fire fighter.

Miles Graduation

I know im a little late but Miles Graduated from the fire college a few weeks ago! We had a great day and we were able to celebrate with lots of family. Im so proud of him. He is officially a fire fighter but he just has to go though EMT school and then he will be able to work at a station. He will be done with EMT August 1st.

Just to let everyone know ITS A GIRL! We were very surprised when the doctor told us but are thrilled. Im not really sure if Emma understands but she says she wants a sister! Well so far I have been doing great! Im almost 21 weeks. Half way there!!!!!
